Why precast concrete

A full pool in one piece

The shell is cast in a factory in Texas, trucked to your street and set by crane. No liner to replace. No fiberglass.

01

Purpose-built

Engineered as a pool from day one, not a repurposed shipping container or tank. One piece, no seams, no liner.

02

Five feet of water

Deep enough to swim and cool off, in all four sizes.

03

Easier on your home

The shell arrives finished and goes in on crane day. Fewer trades at your house and less disruption to your yard.

04

10-year warranty

Every shell carries a 10-year structural warranty.

How it works

Permit to final walkthrough

The full process
  1. 01

    Design your pool

Pick the size, the ecoFinish color and how it sits in the yard. We walk the yard and check access, slope and soil before your price is final.

  2. 02

    Permits

Building and electrical permits with your town, plus conservation or historic review where your lot needs it. We handle this for you.

  3. 03

    Dig Safe

Utilities are marked before anyone digs. We handle this for you.

  4. 04

    Site preparation

Excavation, subgrade and base, built to the engineering for your site. We handle this for you.

  5. 05

    Crane day and delivery

The shell arrives on a truck in one piece and is set by crane. We handle the crane company for you.

  6. 06

    Plumb up and electrical

Every shell comes with its plumbing fixtures fitted: skimmer box, hydrostatic valve and returns. A licensed electrician bonds the pool, then we backfill. We handle this for you.

  7. 07

    Deck and finishes

Pavers around the pool, then coping, waterline tile and landscaping finish it. Code requires a pool barrier. If you want us to add a fence, we include it in your quote.

  8. 08

    Fill and start-up

Final inspection, water and start-up. Then we walk you through the pool and you register your Plungie warranty.

Your yard, your way

In-ground

Flush with the deck. The classic look.

Semi-recessed

Half in the ground, with a raised edge to sit on.

Above-ground

Fully above grade, built into a deck or terrace.

ecoFinish interior

Six water colors

An engineered powder coating inside the shell. A raw concrete interior for tile is also available.

Questions

What people ask first

All questions

Do I need a permit?

Yes. A pool needs a building permit and an electrical permit. Depending on your lot, your town may add conservation review near wetlands or historic district review. We file it all.

Do I need a fence?

Most likely. Massachusetts and New Hampshire code require a barrier around a pool, with narrow exceptions for approved safety covers, and some towns require a fence either way. If you want us to add a fence to your job, ask and we will include it in your quote.

What does the crane company need?

The size and weight of the pool and where the lifting points are. We handle the crane for you.

How much does a pool cost?

Request the New England price list with the form. The final price depends on your site, which is why we walk the yard first.

Can I heat it?

Yes. Every pool is pre-plumbed for heating. The heater is an add-on.
